Because I`ve just come from a job interview.

玛莉:
Really? How did it go?

肯:
The interview was a killer, but I came through it with flying colors.
面试真是让人受不了.但我还是顺利地通过了. 
玛莉:
How did you handle the interview?
你是怎样处理面试的?
肯:
I just kept on telling myself to remain cool, calm and collected. Then I just answered the questions as I had practiced, as I already had prepared and rehearsed what sort of questions they would ask me.
我不断地告诉自己要冷静.要镇定.随后我回答了早已演习过的问题.因为我早就有所准备.还演习过他们会问我哪种问题.
玛莉:
Really? Sounds like you aced it. So you got the job?

肯:
Yes!

玛莉:
Congratulations! That`s great! When do you start?

肯:
I hopefully start next Monday.
