How did you enjoy your holiday?

凯西:
Oh, I like Italy very much.
哦.我非常喜欢意大利.
本:
What did you think of the food there?
你认为那里的食物怎么样?
凯西:
Well, it was very different from Chinese food, of course. Some things were quite nice, but I didn`t care much for the macaroni dishes.
唔.当然和中国食物有很大的不同.一些食物很好吃.但是我不太喜欢那里的通心面.
本:
No. I`m not very fond of macaroni either, but I must say I`d rather eat macaroni than some of the stuff they give you in restaurants nowadays. What about the weather?
我也不喜欢通心面.但是我必须承认通心面对我而言要比现在一些餐馆提供的东西好.那里的天气怎么样? 
凯西:
Well, it was fairly good, though we did have quite a lot of rain.

本:
Oh, what a pity.
哦.真是遗憾啊.
凯西:
Still, when the sun did shine it was really lovely. In fact, altogether it was a very enjoyable holiday.
但是当太阳一出来.天气真是非常宜人.总之.说实话.这是一个非常愉快的假期.
