A franchisor should be an enterprise or other economic organization established according to law;it should have the business resources such as trademark, trade name and business model of which it has the right to authorize the use thereof by another party

A franchisee should also be an enterprise or other economic organization established according to law,and it should have the funds,fixed premises and personnel,etc.that commensurate with franchising.
被特许人也应是依法设立的企业或者其他经济组织.并且拥有与特许经营相适应的资金.固定场所.人员等.

Ok.Franchise fees refer to the fees paid by the franchisee for obtaining the franchise rights,which include initial fee,usage fee and other stipulated fees.

In general,the term of franchise contracts is no less than three years.And upon expiration of a franchise contract,the franchisor and the franchisee may determine upon consultation the conditions for renewal of the franchise contract based on the principl
