Mr.Wood, the shipment of frozen prawn arrived in Singapore on November 10. Upon examination, something strange surprised us.We found that in those cartons of 10 kilos each,one third is nothing but shrimps.which means that 2500 kilos of shrimps are bought

We certainly have, Mr.Allan.Since the packing is done by hand, it`s unavoidable for the workers to make some mistakes.

Don`t you think they can tell shrimps from prawns?What annoys us most is that the case is made deliberately or intentionally.Anybody working there can see the difference between prawns and shrimps.
您认为他们分不清对虾和一般的虾吗?这完全是一个故意制造的事端.这令我们十分不满.在那里工作的任何一个人都会区分这两种虾.

Maybe it was due to the poor management there. I still don't think this is a case made on purpose.

I don't mind what purpose they ,or you had.If you don't deny the facts, please ship those shrimp-prawns back and refund the payment.

I`m sorry,Mr.Allan.According to the contract, we`ll honors your claim.But as to the cartons of 10 kilos each, I suggest you sell them at your end at a lower price instead of shipping them back.

Yes, I do.If you do as I`ve proposed,we`ll ship the same quantity to you as soon as possible, say, in early January next year.

You have to make it clear at what price we`ll sell them. I think the price should be at least half of the original.
